FAQ's

• What is involved on the day?

  On the day your local flat-pack wizard will be there at the agreed time between you both, if for any reason they are going to be delayed for unforseen traffic delays, they will let you know so you don’t think you are being let down.

  Once there, all the wizard will need is for you to show them to the room where the furniture needs to go and they will get to work on assembling your item or items.

  When finished they will get you to come and have a look, and then they will pack away tools and remove the packaging and any rubbish for you.

• How quickly can someone come round?

  Being a small business, and by the nature of it too, our wizards are typically only at a property for a morning/afternoon or 1 day at most. This means they are often not tied up for weeks on end on another job, so can typically arrange to come round in the same week, sometimes even the next day depending on how many items you need assembling.

• Do I have to move other furniture out of the way?

  Not at all, our wizards are here to help you do all of that.  They can move anything out of the way. The only thing we would ask, is if you have a cabinet that needs moving that is full of plates, glasses or similar that these items are removed prior to their arrival.  Anything in drawers is ok as they can always take the drawers out.

• Is there a discount for multiple items?

  Yes, if you have a lot of items to assemble which will mean your local wizard will be there longer, then a discount can be discussed.  Simply use the contact form on your local wizards’ page and they will let you know.

• Do you help businesses too?

  Absolutely! Our wizards go into businesses and help them assemble items such as new desks, filing units, storage units, chairs and more.  Many will also work weekends and out of hours to minimise the disruption to your team too.

• Do I have to be in on the day you come?

  Most people are usually in on the day that our wizards are there, but if this isn’t possible then they can collect a spare key the night before and pop it through your door when they leave.

• Do you work out of normal hours?

  Yes we do! There is sometimes an extra charge depending on the exact time required, but our wizards are flexible on this and also the times to come and see you, be it after work, or on a weekend.

• How do I know I can trust you?

  Trust is the biggest thing in business and when welcoming someone into your home.  When our wizards arrive they will have ID with them so you know who they say they are.  Wizards will also have a copy of their Public Liability Insurance and DBS paperwork with them too.
